We had some spare time in Arizona so we spent a few hours at the Phoenix Desert Botanical Gardens. They had a monarch butterfly exhibit, and I got some pictures of all the cactus and desert plants.

That pink cactus flower almost seems incandescent, Heather; it’s lovely! The spiny, come-hither-y, crooked finger appearance of the last shot, though…THAT one is very sinister. So, you have the heavenly and the hellish all in the same photo shoot. You always manage to amaze me.
